I am a beginner in Mandarin Chinese. I have been learning this for more than 8 months (one class per week) from a native speaker teacher (from Taiwan) and want to continue developing my Mandarin skills when I move to Bangalore. This is not for any business purposes or for passing tests. It is my own personal interest in Chinese culture,liter ature, philosophy, poetry and more importantly calligraphy. I took a 8 weeks course in kai shu and has been practicing on and off.
I need to keep ramping up on spoken and written chinese and would like to dedicate about 3 hours a week initially. It will be nice to learn from a teacher who can constantly help me learn more about the Chinese history, culture and literature.
