My name is Jonathan. I am a beginner in Spanish, I know very little Spanish, such as 'Hello' and 'How are you?' I would like to learn Spanish because I have very close friends who are from Spain and speak both Spanish and English, and I think it would help us become closer if I were able to communicate with them in their langauge. Also, because I live in Texas I think that it would a great asset to me because Spanish is very common here. I need improvement in all aspects of the language, particularly with the conversation, grammar, and the enunciation of the words. I am willing to dedicate 5 to 10 hours per week on my lessons.
The qualities that I'm looking for in my lessons are a focus on the grammar and pronunciation of the language, and in the teacher I would like someone who is very dedicated and patient, who is able to adapt their teaching style to my learning style, and someone who will take a sincere and determined interest in teaching me and motivating me to learn.
