Hello! My name is Andrey and currently I am studying Chinese in Xian. I travelled to China to improve my language skills and pass HSK test after all the necessary practice. Right now studying Chinese is part of my university education, so it is a part of my potential future work, to be precise, work centered around studying Chinese history and culture. I already have HSK3 level, so I am not a beginner - you can count me as intermediate level learner.
Cur rently my main problem is conversation, I need to improve my speaking and also must concentrate on listening part and understanding speech. I will dedicate 1/1,5 hours per day (talking about 1 lesson), 2 or 3 times per week.

hello,
i'm an anglophone and i want to come to xiamen for a week in order to learn some mandarin. i would like to spend the 5 days during the week in intensive learning, preferably 4 hours per day of coursework with a private teacher and an additional 4 hours per day of self-directed study and homework.
i am currently an absolute beginner ; i know only how to say numbers, colors, times/dates, and a few phrases. my goal is to be able to understand some very basic conversationa l mandarin by the end of the week (basic grammar, important vocabulary, increase conversationa l phrases). for the moment, i am not interested in written chinese ; only conversationa l. however, if possible, i would also like to learn to recognize some of the most important chinese characters and how they sound when pronounced.
can you provide a 1-week course similar to what i'm looking for? if so, please tell me about the course you would propose, including how much it would cost.
i would like to come over to study either during the week of january 23rd or january 30th. i realize that the week of january 23rd is the spring festival, so perhaps you won't be offering classes then? please let me know if the timeframe is appropriate, and if not, please feel free to propose alternatives. also, i would be very grateful if you would advise me about other consideration s that might impact my plan to study with you (for example, if i need to remain in quarantine for a week, studying at your school would be difficult...) .
