Spanish is my first language, English my second, and I'm almost done w/ French (I'm okay, but not fluent yet).
I did 3 semesters (2 beginners, 1 intermediate) of Arabic language at the University of Florida and I wish to continue learning it. The first 2 semesters, I had a teacher from Sudan, the 3rd semester I had a quick-paced teacher from Algeria.
I love languages, and I'm really interested in the Arabic culture, music and language. In university, I was majoring in French & Linguistics and minoring in Anthropology and Arabic. I wish to become a translator and interpreter.
I want to study w/ a not-too-big group of people at an intermediate level for maybe an hour, 4-5 times a week, or 2 hours 3-4 times a week, something like that.
I'm looking for a teacher who is patient and who is slightly quick-paced, and leaves homework.

Hi i'm a beginner and i would like to learn portuguese but from Portugal. I know a lot of words but i have a hard time making sentences. My husband is portuguese but we speak in french my second language id french. I speak french all day long mostly seven days a week. I want to learn this language for my personal life and i can only study after 5pm and on weekends.

i am interested in Russian since a long time ago, but i did not actually start learning because i am still in high school. i am looking toward to teachers who can dedicate his or her time on weekend or in the evening to help me to approach a level which i can read and write simple easy stuff, and know how to communicate and basic grammar.
Bes ides, i live in vancouver but i am a Chinese myself, so i am fluent in both Mandarin and English
The reason why I want to learn Russian is that i am interested in Russia, the country, and i hope to know its culture and tradition. Maybe i will travel to there in the future.
