I'm looking to better my Spanish comprehension. I love to read and listen to all types of music, even ones in other languages. Ultimately I want to learn Spanish so that I can communicate with my girlfriend's father so that I may ask his permission to marry her. As well as communicate more with her family and culture.

My primary goal is to become proficient in the language, primarily through speaking, which will have a vast impact on how I teach the language in the future.
