I'm a native Persian speaker fluent in English, and I'm eager to teach Persian to non-Iranians and second-generatio n Iranians born abroad. In return, I'd love to receive help improving my English accent. Additionally, I have a keen interest in Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, and Korean languages and would be thrilled to learn them if given the opportunity.
Furthermore, I'm passionate about aviation, skydiving, entrepreneurship , and biohacking. I'm a bit of a maniac when it comes to learning—I just can't get enough of exploring everything in the universe! Over the past few years, I've been deeply immersed in learning about nervous system regulation to heal past traumas and break free from negative cycles (generational traumas). It's been an incredible journey, and I'm proud to say that I've been anxiety-free and off medication for over two years, thanks to practices like cold exposure, breathwork, and meditation.
C urrently, I'm following a carnivore diet and focused on optimizing my mitochondria for greater physical and mental resilience. While I've made progress, I'm still navigating this journey and embracing the twists and turns it brings. Despite the challenges, I feel stronger now than I did at 20, and I'm excited to see where this path leads me next. I'm also eager to share my experiences with others along the way.
