Chinese, Fookien was my first language although I was able to learn Mandarin in primary and secondary school because i studied in a Chinese school. That is why I can also speak Mandarin a little. But I want to become very proficient in the language in both oral and written because I understand Chinese speakers are very in demand nowadays. It would help me tremendously in my career. I feel that the area in which I need to improve on most is my conversationa l skills but I think I would be able to learn fast since I already have the background in the language. I'm looking for a teacher who is competent and can teach me to speak Mandarin fluently in the shortest time possible. I am willing to spend as much time as needed to be able to master the language.
