I am married to a Vietnamese national and wish to improve my Vietnamese skills in all areas but especially speaking and listening. I am self taught up to this point and learned what I know from friends and self study but feel I need more serious teaching to progress faster and develop a better foundation for further progress. I have good available practice with my wife but feel I need more structure to go with all the practice. I don't know what my proficiency rating would be but I can make myself understood and can understand many things my family talks about around the house concerning money, days of the week, food and other topics. I become quickly lost when in conversations at normal speed with strangers. I would like an experienced teacher who can meet my schedule at about 07:30 AM.

I have begun to learn Dutch with the help of several courses and by listening to spoken Dutch. I visit Amsterdam about 4 times each month and I am sincerely interested in getting comfortable communicating in the language. I would prefer private lessons during my short stays in Amsterdam, but I am open to the idea of using Skype.

Hello,
My name is Tyree and I would like to learn to speak Thai. My plans are to move to Thailand later in the year and I feel the need to get a good grip on the language before I make this move. Not only to learn the language but learn the culture aswell. I think this would be very beneficial if I'm going to start a new life in a foreign country. I've always wanted to go to Thailand. I know next to nothing about the Thai language (beginner). I would like to dedicate as much time as you can provide but scheduling our sessions around my culinary school schedule. I want a teacher who understands my needs as a student and knows how to make learning this beautiful language fun.
