I am a beginner at Swahili. I am looking to learn Swahili both because I am interested in the language and because I am looking to spend a semester abroad in Kenya during college. I need improvement in all areas, but grammar is probably what needs the most attention. I would like to dedicate one night a week or so to my lessons. I am looking for a teacher who has lived in a Swahili-speak ing country and spoken Swahili and who is knowledgeable , experienced, and patient.

Hello,
I am a beginner. I have no knowledge of the Tagalog language at all. I am Filipino American. My father was from Luzon. I want to learn the language because I wish to establish a stronger relationship with my family in the Philippines. I would like to learn verbs, proper sentence structure, grammer, and everyday conversation.
I have a full-time job in the evenings and my days off rotate every two weeks, therfore the only quality I ask in my teacher is that he or she be very flexible. However, I am available in the mornings of the summer months between June and August. Thankyou
