I am learning Spanish because I work for Child Protective Services and would like to become bilingual. I would place myself at the intermediate level but really SHOULD be at the advanced level (I have had more than 10 years in Spanish classes in school, but I never use my Spanish). I need a refresher in all parts of the language. I am willing to devote an hour and a half to lessons a week and would prefer a teacher that is profficient in both proper Spanish and slang.

I am interested in learning Spanish for career advancement. I am a small business owner and deal with people of different cultures. I plan on going to the Virgin Islands for education. I have also dated in the Latin origin. My proficiency level is beginner. I know very little spanish and can understand some important words. I would like to dedicate my lessons to at least three times a week. I am a qualified learner due to the fact that I am willing to learn a language other than my native language. Spanish is a second language in the United States.
