Lessons would be for my son who is 12 years old. Born in the United States, but his firs language at home was Spanish. My son is enrolled in a Greek Charter school and he just finished 6th grade and his first year of Greek Language. He needs additional help and reinforcement .

The reason I am interested in learning Greek is for the pure pleasure of it. I deal a lot with philosophy and feel that I would not only uses it on a regular basis but enjoy having it for personal translations. Sadly I have not had that much time to develop this, however I feel that I can now contribute more time to the learning and mastering of the language. The area I feel the biggest need is conversation, I deal with a lot of Greek people through school, work, and friends. I would say an hour a day out side of class time. I am looking for someone with a though understanding of the language, and good sense of humour!

I am learning Greek as i am about to start a year at the National and Kapodistrian university on the Erasmus programme.
