My husband was born in Zambia and left when he was around nine years old. We have family there. We are now going to have our own child and would like to teach him the Nyanja language. We are both beginners, however, my husband is barely familiar with understanding the language but has a problem with speaking the language. I am a total beginner. We would like to be able to teach our child as well as communticate in Nyanja when we make trips back to Zambia.
We expect the instructor to be very familiar with the Nyanja spoken in Lusaka. It would be nice if we could meet in person for the lessons, however, we are open to internet, etc.

I am very much a biginer.
I have a family I am becoming close to who live in Belarus and I want to be able to speak with them, now we use a translator program.
All areas I will need to work on.
I can dedicate about one hour per day.
I want someone who I can meet with once a week or maybe twice a week, someone who I can converse with over the internet, say Instant Messinger, a couple of times a week, and someone who I can talk with over the phone a couple of times a week. The time on the internet and phone need not be more that tem of fifteen minutes, the time one-on-one should be about 30 minutes +/-.
