I am a Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy studying in the United States. I'll be spending the Fall semester (Sept. - half of Jan.) in Tijuana writing my dissertation. I hope to take advantage of my short time there to learn Spanish. I am a beginner although I took Spanish in High School and still remember some of the basic vocabulary and verb conjugations.
I would like to dedicate some time every day to learning Spanish but exactly how much time depends on how much language lessons cost. I am looking for someone with a solid command of Spanish who can help me with both grammar and conversation. But I don't necessarily need that person to have experience with Spanish as a second language.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am attempting to locate a Mandarin language teacher for my two boys, Albert and Angus, ages 9 and 6. The boys have no familiarity with Mandarin, but are presently both completely bilingual (English and Spanish). I would like to find a Chinese teacher who would be willing to provide regular lessons (two to four times per week) on a continuing basis to the boys via video conferencing (internet) and/or telephone.
