I am interested in learning Korean because I have many Korean friends and am interested in going to Korea in a little over a year. I am not sure what I would do with this skill on a more professional level yet, but I am just keeping my options open.
I have learned a few basic phrases, but simply put, I know nothing about this language.
I would like to learn enough of this language to be able to navigate around the country of Korea with acceptable grammar.
I am not sure on how much time I would dedicate because it all relies on the cost. I am willing to spend a lot of time doing it, I would just need to know the price because it was not specified for the lessons I am requesting; live video chat.
The qualities I am looking for in a language teacher are just that they are qualified and very knowledgeable in this area. Also, that they are really committed to teaching this language.

I would like to learn Korean out of curiosity more than anything. I am an absolut beginner. Ihave done a bit of rosetta stone but I would like to have a real teacher I cna ask questions rather than a piece of software. I would like to take one or two lessons a week.
