My native language is Tamil however I have been out of practice for many years. In my current role, we work with a lot of Tamil clients and it would be beneficial to my team to have someone who speaks fluent Tamil in case of situations where we cannot access interpreters. I understand Tamil well but cannot speak fluently and my role uses a lot of technical vernacular which I am unable to explain. I need improvement in grammar, conversation, etc(all areas).I would also like to learn to read Tamil but that is a secondary objective. My primary concern is to speak it fluently. I would like an interpreter who can teach me both formal as well as casual conversation and grammar. I work full-time so I will not always be able to do training at house,etc so I need an interpreter who is willing to meet up once in a while but also do lessons over e-mail,teleph one, etc.

I have previously studied French for 5 years at secondary college back in Ireland. I also attended a school in France for 3 weeks on an exchange program.
Unfortunate ly I have not maintained it since graduating. I feel there are career development opportunities for me if I were proficient in either French or Spanish. I really am looking for a refresher course, where I can firstly try to get back to where I used to be and secondly develop a more technical vocabulary for a work environment.
The lessons I am looking for would be preferably focused on communication skills and grammar. i was never good at languages at a younger age, so i need a teacher that can encourage me to speak in French.
i think 2 hours a week would be a good start, either 2 hours a session or 2 one hour sessions

I want to learn Chinese for career purposes. I have studied the language for approximately one year now but I have much to learn. Proficiency level: beginner/ intermediate. I study Dutch as a VCE subject at VSL, after having taught myself for a year. I do okay, but I'm not very good at listening comprehension and pronunciation ; I'm also super shy!
I learn Dutch because I have a penpal in the Netherlands and I fell in love with the language after learning the basics. I love languages so.
Like I said, I need to improve in my listening comprehension and pronunciation . Also conversations ; I've never really been in that kind of situation, which requires things like fast thinking and just second-nature stuff.
I'd like to spend a face-to-face lesson at least once a week. Basically that's what I can afford, and if my parents let me, I'll do more. I'd prefer to study as much as possible, really. Immerse myself. So I want a really passionate teacher who isn't just there for the money.
