I'd like to learn my native language for 2 reasons, one being for work and two, to be able to speak to my family overseas and my mother and understand it, as my father didn't allow my sister and i to grow up with it. I'd like to do night classes 3 times during weekdays. I'm 21 years of age and im a beginner, only if I'd to be around people who speak it for an amount of time I'd pick up on a few words. im looking for a teacher, who'll teach me easy ways to remember words and who'll have patience with me on my learning.

I've been to Australia for a year and half, studied in foundation year and now in UQ. I'm still not very confident of my speaking. Hope to have more native accent. My partner is dutch and I want to speak his language.I am visiting his fmaily (again) in June 2011 and I'd love to be able to speak to his grandma in her language.
I have the Rosetta Stone system and so can understand 30-50% of conversationa nd can usually work out sentences from waht I know. I am terrible at creating sentences myself. I suppose I'm somewhere between beginner and intermediate?
I need improvement in conversation! and grammar, although i'm less worried about grammar and spelling, than coonversation at this stage.
I want to have one formal lesson a week, and can commit to an hour or so of extra homework each week.
I want someone supportive and understanding as it is hard! but also a good teacher!

I am hoping to study at the Design Academy of Eindhoven, Neatherlands next year. While this school teaches in English I feel that it is necessary to learn Dutch. I am definitely a beginner. I would be interested in weekly lessons of approximately 1 hour + the necessary homework.
