Hello, my name is Jacqueline and I live with my husband and 2 cildren in Uralla close to Armidale.
My father was czech and i speak czech and german and we are travelling to the Czech Republic for a short holiday in June.
My husband is Australian and so i cannot easily practice czech conversation at home.
I do not need czech conversation so much for myself but am considering help for my 7 year old boy to learn some basic conversation skills as well as my 15 year old daughter.
We are able to welcome you in our home to stay with us for perhaps 2 weeks with free board ,your own room and to be part of our family and to enjoy the countryside.
We are a happy christain family with 5 dogs as pets.
My father came from the Moravian area.
Josh our boy loves watching Pat a Mat Dvds.

I have been in a relationship with my Portuguese partner for 4 years. In four to five years time we are considering splitting our time between Portugal and Australia. Hence I would like to be fluent in the Portuguese language as soon as possible.
I have not studied for many years and I am a complete novice with this language, other than a couple of the more obvious words.

Hi, my name is Robert Sabo. I would like to learn Norwegian because I plan on moving there in a couple of years. I would like to study Music Composition at the Norwegian Academy of Music, and set up a life for myself over there. My proficiency level is very much at a beginners standard, but I have gotten myself a CD course, 'Teach Yourself Norwegian', to give me a head start. It's great, but I feel I would learn faster and better with a teacher to work with.
As I said, I am a beginner, so I'd need to start from the very basics. However, I feel I'm picking it up rather quickly already; maybe this is because of my Hungarian background and familiarity with that language.
I would ideally like to take a class a week; perhaps two classes. All up, a few hours a week. I won't know really how much until I know the availabilitie s of the teacher :D
Ideal ly, I'm looking for a teacher who is patient, friendly and understanding . I am a fast learner, so that won't be an issue. However, I find it easier to learn with someone who understands my position.
