I really want to continue learning Italian and would like to become more fluent this school year. I am a senior graduating from my university and can no longer afford to take classes at a university for a language. It is difficult to find universities or tutors to teach Italian where I live. I have taken 2 semesters of Italian, and worked abroad this past summer in Lake Como Italy. As a result of the work abroad program, I have become familiar with listening to the language. I want to continue learning Italian because I am graduating and plan to look for graduate programs in Italy. I need improvement most importantly in pronunciation and conversation but also grammar. I would like to be able to meet 1 or 2 times per week. Preferably I would like a teacher that speaks Italian as they speak in the northern region of Italy.
