Ellisande is essentially a complete beginner at Thai, having picked up no more than he could in a week of vacation. He is looking at beginning classes either Spring or Summer 2006.
In the short run, he desires to learn (in order of priority):
a ) Enough language and associated culture in order to properly show gratitude
b) Tones, which will be his biggest stumbling block
In the longer run, he wishes to (also in order of priority):

I am in Latin Year II at Garfield High School. We are currently using Ecce Romani Year 2. I am struggling with the memorizing the vocab and keeping up with the forms of nouns, verbs, adjectives etc. I would like one-on-one in person tutoring at first until I get a better hold on it and then possibly switch to phone or online.
