I am learning a foriegn language because of my love of travel, i have spent time in spain and am planing to go to South America next year. I am at a basic beginer level and need lots of work on my grammar and conversationa l skills.
My ideal teacher will make the lessons interesting, fun and be able to meet up once or twice a week (depending on work) and give me half to an hours homework on some of the nights that we do not meet up.

I completed the WEA Hunter's German for beginners course (2 1/2 hrs/week over 8 weeks) so consider myself between beginners and intermediate level. Recently I joined a weekly U3A German class of mature adults but this class is way ahead of my ability and I am really struggling. I should like to cover basic conversation and grammar.

I am learning Spanish because my girlfriend is Argentinian and I want to move to Buenos Aires for work in 6 months.
I am a beginner - I spent 2 months recently travelling in South America and know the very basics - greetings, numbers and some foods.
I am looking to do at least a couple of hours a week, preferably on Saturday morning given I work during the week.
I am looking for a patient teacher, preferably one that speaks Latin American Spanish, however it is not a must.
