I'm learning Spanish to earn/for a degree.
I passed a beginners Spanish Introductory 1 online last feb 2013 and now I'm preparing for the Spanish Introductory 2 which is level 2, which is starting this nov 25 2013.
I feel that I need to improve in everything because up until now I hadn't have a Spanish teacher to come at home to teach me, I'm homeschooled. I do all of my work alone.
I want 9 am till 3 pm.
Qualit ies in A Spanish teacher. A Female, graduate who knows Spanish quite good. Her age should be 30 years and below.
And it would be very much my liking if she's near our place and can come here at home to teach me.

I have been studying every Saturday for the last 6 months at Miami-Dade College in Miami. I will be in Barranquilla September 1 -8 and I wish to take daily classes while there. I am staying with my wife's family who only speak Spanish. The purpose of my trip is to immerse myself in a Spanish speaking setting and jump-start what I have learned in Miami thus far. I have a degree in English and Journalism (BA). My career has been in public relations, for about 25 years, so I am quite proficient in my own language. But being a resident of Miami, I really want to become fluent in the 'prevalent' language of this city. Fluency in Spanish will also allow me to be better prepared for career advancement in Miami -- and it has long been a dream to speak another language fluently.

I want to learn spanish as I am planning on travelling around south america early next year. I learnt it at school and was a quick learner but have not spoken spanish properly in around 10 years. I would say i was a beginner but hopefully would quickly pick it up.

German - I'm an English teacher who hopes to teach in Germany. Some fluency in German is required for any kind of work there, and I need regular practice. I know some German words, and studied at a beginning level in college. I understand that all of the functions of language are connected, but at this time I'd prefer an emphasis on speaking rather than writing.
Russian - I'm a low-intermedi ate level Russian speaker. I lived there, and I want to maintain and improve my skills. Because I was taught Russian in Russia, the main focus was speaking not writing. My writing skills are quite poor, and I would like to fix that.
Spanish - I studied Spanish for several years in college, but there wasn't a strong emphasis on speaking. My listening comprehension and speaking skills are quite low, but my reading level is higher. I want to remember what I've already studied and build toward fluency.
