I am looking for someone who is fluent in gaelic, preferably their native language. I know nothing about gaelic, a complete beginner. I wish to learn the language for my own benefits. I would be willing to dedicate 2-3 hours a week to lessons with the teacher, and more time practicing by myself or with friends and family. I would like to learn the basics of the language to begin with and see how it develops from there. I would like a dependable, easy-going, flexible teacher if possible.

I know nothing about Gaelic right now but I am hoping to find someone to teach it to me, I am very intrested in Scottish history and I think learing the Native language is the next step for me. I am a beginning learner of Scottish Gaelic and would like to visit Scotland and Ireland in the near future. I would like to visit where my ancestors lived. I haved purchased a few books, CDs, tapes, and encyclopedias for Scottish Gaelic. I live just over the northern border of Utah. It is about a 90 minute drive for me to Salt Lake. Can you help me?
