My Name is Carly and I am 14 years old and plan on going to Japan in Grade 11 to do a student exchange, but i don't take learning Japanese as just for fun. I am very serious about it, I really Love Japan, and Have a Very Strong calling to Japan.
Becau se I Love Japan so much I am very determined and a hard worker!!
but I am only 14 so I have no Job to pay for lessons but I do get $100 a month for chores ^^ so I would have a limit to how much I can spend monthly and I would like frequent classes thought a month. Maybe 2 hours per week would be affordable, but that all depends on the the teacher's preference.
My sister would also like to learn with me(I have seen that sometimes learning with more people not only is better for your learning but also can slightly cut down the cost). She also likes Japan very much and is starting a tea business.
I pretty familiar with Hiragana and can count I watch anime read manga and listen to lots of Japanese music so I am very familiar with not only the cutler but the sounds but am still grasping some traditions.(I have had this interest since grade 2)

My spouses family is filipino (tagalog). I would like to learn the language and interact with them. My spouse doesn't know the language and if we have children I want to be able to teach them.
I am a beginner. I would like to know how to converse, read, and write in this language. I would like to dedicate as much time as I can to learn. The qualities in a teacher that I look for is patience and is able to do a lot of one on one with me. He/she has to be able to answer my questions, as sometimes the questions I ask can be weird.
