I am a college student and I have just taken 2 semesters of French at a beginner level. I also studied French in high school and have always been intrigued by the French culture and language. I am learnng the language not only for personal interest but for my future career plans as well. I will be studying abroad Spring 2008 and so I don't want to go on summer vacation without any French instrucion. Better conversationa l skills is my number one priority. I would prefere that my teacher be a French native.

I just finished French 2020 at Salt Lake Community College. I began french classes during the previous Spring semester and also followed an excelled french course during the summer. I am planning to go to France in September to live for at least six months while I teach English in public schools. I would like to continue practicing and improving my French over the summer, although SLCC does not offer any upper-divisio n french courses. Therefore I am looking for a tutor from May 2007 through mid September.
