My name is lyndsey currently living in Birmingham.
I am very interested in learning Greek as i have many greek friends and I would also like to work in cyprus in the near future as i am a qualified nurse.
I am able to speak very basic phrases but would like to be able to speak fluently, Therefor i am willing to dedicate as much time as possible to enable me to learn Greek.
The qualities which i feel are important in a teacher is patience and be able to tailor their teaching to my needs.

I'm a beginner, now my father has passed away I find I can't talk to half of my family or deal with things in Cyprus and Greece that need attending to. I'd probably have weekly lessons, but my work is very intensive so I don't have a lot of time. I am not a natural foreign language speaker, I find it very difficult to pick up so my teacher needs to be very patient with me, good humoured and not condescending . I want to learn, I'm just not very good at it and have very low confidence.
