Proficiency level:beginne r. i learnt hindi till 12th.ive completed my engg studies and am in my final year MBA.
Why Sanskrit? bcoz i want to be able to learn the Bhagavat Gita and read several other books that are in Sanskrit. translations are available but i would like to understand them for myself and not be swayed by a particular translators version of it.
Areas of improvement:w ell as a beginner i think every area needs importance.
Time:About an hour a day for class and another hour or more (depending on how much effort i have to put in) for my study.
Quali ties:the ability to communicate well and patience.
