Faisal, assalam malaikum.
Myself and one other person will deploy to a Pashto speaking area in the near future. We wish to undertake some Pashto lessons prior to deployment. We are both English speakers. It is possible that we could be in Islamabad for 2-3 weeks prior to final destination. My question is: Can you go to Islamabad to provide lessons to us around mid May 2007. We would pay for your accomodation and living expenses and tuition fees.
this is a proposal only at this time. If it is possible for you to do this I will put a submission forward to my supervisors.

I would say that i'm past beginner but not totally intermediate. ... I click witht eh language well i just need to be shown one on one basically.
I study german because in 2004/05 lived near Stuttgart with my ex-girlfriend for just under 4 months and REALLY enjoyed my time and more learning the language.
Th us, I now study for pleasure and to teach it later!
i would definately say an hour to 2 hours a week, however depending on how the lessons go firstly, will determine how much time i would need.
Qual ities in a teacher i would look for is one that is open minded to different learning methods of students....
