I took Spanish in high school and enjoyed learning the language. I only remember the basics though and would like to become proficient in speaking and writing. I would like to speak Spanish because I am a healthcare provider and it would enhance my ability at work with a wider group of people. I also would like to speak Spanish because I travel.
I would like to dedicate a couple hours a week for classes. I need to work with someone to help motivate me to continue learning, who has experience, and who teaches both grammar and conversation.

Beginner - I have done a few classes, so i know some of the basics.
I' ve always wanted to learn a language and travelled to Spain and feel in love with the place and culture. After doing a few classes I realised I just wanted to learn more and more. Its now a goal of mine.
I'd like to do one or two lessons a week. Mainly focussing on conversation.

On a scale of 1-10 I am a 2.
I go to Honduras every year for nursing with BMDMI. I would rather communicate one-on-one instead of through an interpreter. Working for home health in a rural area has given me ample opportunity to use spanish. I can usually get my point across; however 'no intiendo.'
My plan is to dedicate at least five hours a week. I would like to be proficient by next summer.
I work better with accountabilit y.
Cost is an issue. So I cannot make a decision until I know what financial commitment will be required.
