I am definately a beginner and need to learn Spanish as my husband has a company in Venezuela and I travel with him alot and am getting very frustrated that I can not speak the language. It would also be beneficial for me to learn so that I can also help him as his Spanish is not good either.
I would like to learn Spanish so that I can be very fluent in all areas and am willing and would like to devote 2 to 3 times a week. In the past I have taken courses that were 3 hours a night once a week in another language(and it was not beneficial to me and have come to realize that I need to immerse myself in the learning of the language.

I am starting at the beginners level. I have never had any exposure to Spanish language. I am english speaking, and also communicate in French. I would like to become completely immeresed in Spanish ie: reading writing, and spoken.I am proposing to move to Argentina, and would like to be able to communicate fluently in Spanish. Dedication time : approx 2 hours per evening weekdays ( to be discussed ). Qualities I am looking for : Someone who communicates slowly, and methodically, and fluently.

My boyfriend and I are looking for a private teacher to meet with us.
I know enough to get me through the streets of a Spanish speaking country. My boyfriend knows a little more...but it's more Tex/Mex Spanish from working on construction projects.
We both want to learn Spanish so that we will not only be more marketable (he is a landscape architect and I am a freelance photographer) . We both travel for business and pleasure and if we were fluent in Spanish it would make most of our travels a little more enjoyable.
We are wanting to maybe do a 2 hour class at least once a week....maybe two if we could fit it in.
We are looking for a teacher who will help us learn conversationa l Spanish....so meone who will push us a little but also be patient with us.
