My proficiency is at the beginer level. I would like to learn the Spanish language for career advancement. My brother though who would be another potential enrollee grew up in Zamboanga and is fluent in Chavacano. I would like him to study this language so he can apply in call centers as a multi-lingual rep. Mostly we are interested in learning about the language for conversationa l purposes. My sister is also another potential enrollee 'cause she is studying French at Alliance already. Other relatives (cousins) might be potential students as well.
As for the time, I would like to request for an assessment on what would be the most effective frequency of the lesson based on maybe an initial talk or other assessment tool. Mostly it would be preferred that it be on weekends and/or some weeknights (TBA).
I would like to have an interactive lesson in which i could be confident enough to speak the language like a 'cultured native'... like i grew up there. As for the teacher, as long as he/she is effective, i don't really mind if he/she is strict.

I have beginner spanish, I know some words and can ask some questions, am able to mostly read and translate some of what I read but can't seem to learn to speak or listen fluently. My boyfriend does not know any spanish. We are able to commit to 2-3 hours a week as we both have busy schedules. My goal is to be able to speak a little and at least understand what people are saying to me, I would like to achieve this in 1 Year.

I am a high school student needing spanish tutorial. My teachers have to many students to handle and I do not believe that they are very helpful outside of class. I am in Spanish III, offered by my school and I am having a difficult time because I skipped Spanish II. I need help catching up so that I can perform better on newer concepts such as the subjunctive. I am willing to dedicate at least a few hours a week to help myself learn the language better. I want an informative, relaxed, and helpful lesson which will help me in all aspects of the language.
