I am at a intermediate level of spanish, I lived in Barcelona for a month and know enough to get by, I also have several books in spanish and try to study and read them as much as possible. I want to learn spanish because I love the language and intend to live in a spanish speaking country when I get older. Also, learning another language can be very challenging and of course, fun. I would like to dedicate at least one night a week to my spanish lessons. I would like my teacher to be fun and patient.

I am currently between pre-advanced and advanced level Spanish. I took an intensive Beginners course of Spanish at the University of the West of Scotland in 2008 and lived in Nicaragua, Central America, for seven months, taking Spanish classes while working as an English teacher there.
I am planning on returning to Nicaragua in four months therefore I would like to upkeep and continue my Spanish language learning. I would prefer to have a tutor who is either from Latin America or the south of Spain as pronunciation is different in Nicaragua to the Spanish I learned in my Beginners course ('s' for c and z not 'th').
I would like to improve my conversationa l Spanish as well as work on my prepositions, listening and writing skills.
I would like to have at least 2 hours of classes each week. I live in the central belt of Scotland so would be looking for a tutor in the Glasgow or Lanarkshire area.
