I've always wanted to learn Japanese for the longest time, I have intentions in becoming an ESL teacher in Japan and would like to have a one on one learning experience because i learn better this way. I am learning Japanese for a future career translating, or with a Japanese business, as well as for my own enjoyment. I have been studying the language for 4 years; I would consider my written/textb ook knowledge to be intermediate (I'm a good student) but my conversationa l abilities are seriously limited, and mostly I just freeze up when given the opportunity to speak Japanese.
I am looking for an experienced teacher/tutor , preferably Japanese native to speak with once a week or so. I need someone who will correct my errors, but mostly I just need to make those errors in the first place so I can learn.
