I want to learn Hindi for professional development & career advancement. I will be working to teach interfaith cooperation in India among NGOs. I can speak/underst and Hindi, but I cannot read/write it. I need beginner proficiency in elementary Hindi including the alphabet & grammar.

I have taken 1 year of Chinese before while in college, but unfortunately have forgotten most of what I learned. I very badly want to go to China in 1-2 years to work and live there through a job with my current employer.
I'm a relative beginner, but this is a dream of mine and I'm willing to completely immerse myself in Chinese in order to make it happen. But, I need a tutor first to help me with grammar, and vocabulary, particularly for conversationa l skills.
Na tive speakers preferred, as I would like an education for actually living in China, as opposed to one for business or tourism.
