I have always been eager to learn another language and due to my love of Chinese culture and to the many Chinese people I know I would love to learn to speak Mandarin. I am a complete beginner looking to do what it takes to carry a half decent conversation with some of my Chinese friends/cowor kers in their native language. I am willing to dedicate several hours a week if necessary. I'm looking for a friendly teacher who is somewhat sociable, not necessarily all business all the time and who will make learning both challenging and fun.
