I'm a University student who has an Arbic family background. My area of interest is to learn Arabic grammer and conversation (fluently) for all kinds (Fusha/Aama)i n all possible accents. I can spend 3-5 hours weekly (can be more). My teacher should be explaining the basic rules in order to clarify his point and question asked by the students, should be giving personal attention to each student to achieve his/her goals.
