The reason I want to learn tagalog is because my father is from the Philippines and I never had the chance to learn it. I know basic words because I chat with someone over there in the Philippines. I also have a travel guide that helps me a little bit.
I need to work on conversation, verb tense and grammar.

I would say that I’m fluent writing and listening in English and advanced in terms of conversation, so that is the area that needs some improvement.
