I am originally from La Ceiba, Honduras. I moved to the states as a child and spoke spanish until grade school. My family has always spoken in both spanish and english, but I always reply back with just english. I now work for a few non-profit organizations in the DFW area and would really like to be able to fully communicate in spanish. I work better in group environments, but I am willing to learn regardless of class size or setting. There is a possibility of another position opening with another non-profit based in Central America, so my need to become fluent is of the upmost importance! I look forward to the day when this short paragraph can be completed in Spanish.

I am learning because I want to study abroad at a University in China next year. I also want to pursue business plans that involve China. I am a beginner to the Mandarin language. I need grammar and pronunciation improvement. I also need help with the characters. I am very motivated and dedicated to learning the language. I would like to dedicate at least two hours a week in private lessons. I expect the teacher to be patient and understanding that this is very knew to me.

I want to learn how to speak Tibetan because i intend to visit Tibet in the future.
I might as well say i am a beginner although i understand and can speak a very few when it comes to Tibetan language.
I am interested more in improving my communication skills.
I would like to take like two classes a week and depending on how fast i improve i want to keep on going because i want to converse in Tibetan fluently.
I want my teacher to be someone who can really benefit me, who is friendly enough so that i can feel comfortable and start learning faster because i am a little shy kind of person.
