Hi.
I have been studying Japanese by myself for years, and I feel like I'm not getting anywhere, or making as much progress as I would like to.
I can't afford to spend money on classes and stuff. Plus I would like the one-on-one time with the teacher, so I can feel comfortable getting all the help I need.
I would prefer if 'Sensei' came to my house, but if they let me know beforehand, I wouldn't mind meeting them at their house or somewhere in the city.
I would also like if some one could tutor me twice a week.

I have recently been accepted for Teach for China and need to learn basic Mandarin before going (I leave in July2012). I have no prior experience in Mandarin and would be a beginner. I would like to focus more on conversation and understanding . Lessons two-three times a week for a couple of hours would most likely be good. I want to learn hindi because my family is Indian and everyone who spoke hindi are dead. The only person who knows some hindi is my father and it's not enough to have a conversation. I want to embrace my indian side, while also having an advantage of knowing another language when I do go out into the work force. I am at a beginner level. I would like dedicate atleast an hour to my language lessons. I am not looking for a type of quality in my teacher or lessons. All that I ask is that the teacher is patient with me.

I am a blind individual who utilizes accessible technology, specifically a screen reader that allows me to use the computer. I am interested in learning only how to speak Arabic, so I can eventually be a translator, writing and reading will not be an option for me, due to my disability. I can email and video conference with Skype. I am a beginner and am very motivated to learning the language. I would like to spend 1 to 2 hours a week learning Arabic if possible. I am looking for a fluent teacher, who can help me with learning and speaking arabic.

My wife is Danish. We want to raise our children bilingual in Danish and English. I am at an intermediate level in Danish. I have taken 3 semesters of Danish at my university. I feel that I most need to work on my pronunciation and listening comprehension .
I need 34 hours of Danish tutoring this summer while I am in Denmark so I can fulfill the requirements of a scholarship I have been awarded. I need to find a qualified Danish tutor with experience and an acceptable CV.
