My wife and I are looking for a Beginner Mandarin tutor for our 5 year old son. We are interested in having our son learn the basics of the language and basic conversation. We are looking for tutoring for 2-3 hours a week and are looking for someone who works well with kids and can make learning fun and interesting.

I am very much interested in the continuation of my studies in russian language. I studied in st.pete a few years agon. My goal is to reach a proficient level of speaking and reading. I can dedicate hours to the studies on my own and possibly dedicate travel near philadelphia for class. I learn best from books and conversation. Practical approaches to understanding the depth and nuances of this language are exciting. And i am interested in teaching my native english to russian children in Russia.

My son and daughter-in-l aw live in St. Petersburg Russia. We visited Russia and enjoyed our visit. It would be nice if I and my wife can learn to speak conversationa l Russian and be able to pick up a newspaper and make some since of it.
We do not know the language.
I and my wife will be taking the courses together. There is no particular time frame, but it would be nice when we visit Russia again in two years we will be able to get around the airport, museums and shopping areas with ease.
What we look for is patience in our teacher. We are both very busy and have our professions. However we understand that there has to be a degree of accomplishmen t and dedicated study. It would be nice for the teacher to reflect on Russia's customs and history, also.
