I want to learn Korean because I plan to move to South Korea soon after I finish High School. I want to learn Korean well in order to make my life in Korea very simple and easy whenever I move there. I also want to learn Korean for Career choices in Korea. My level is Beginner. I need more help in grammar, conversation, and just learning in general. I am interested in learning foreign languages for travel and also just as a personal interest. I took 4 years of French in high school, but did not retain much of it. I am a beginner. I would like to devote 2 hours or so per week for class. I would like a teacher who is flexible, and fun.

Saludos.
I would like a weekly lesson of an hour to two hours of Spanish private tutoring in my home in Denver Colorado. I am willing to pay $20.00 per hour for each lesson. I want to be able to read Spanish writing and poetry in the original, to speak reasonably fluent Spanish and gain a deeper appreciation of the Spanish language.
I would like a native speaker from Spain, Mexico, or Central or South America with a good accent, who has an enthusiasm for Spanish literature music and poetry. I have a haphazard grasp of Spanish, which means that I can read and understand normal Spanish with some help from my dictionary, but I would be very happy if these lessons help me to attain conversationa l and writing fluency in this lifetime if that happens to be possible.
I would like a tutor who can find a good balance of structure and fun, meaning someone who can integrate a lesson plan of grammar and fluency skills with Spanish short stories, music, magazine or newspaper articles, poetry and other aspects of Spanish culture. I consider a kind, pleasant and easy going temperament in a teacher a big plus. I would prefer an older teacher to a younger one, but this is only a preference and not an absolute requirement.
I live 10 to 15 minutes North of downtown Denver.
I have a dog, so I hope you are not allergic to them.
I would prefer afternoon or evening lessons as I am not an early riser.
I am a 57 year old retired employee of the state of Colorado. I was born and raised in Sri Lanka, and English is my first language.
