My husband and I are both university lecturers with busy schedules and are keen to learn French. We are both absolute beginners, but are keen to become competent in everyday conversationa l French for holidays. We would also like to go on to be able to read and write well enough to cope with everyday life in France as we would like move there eventually.
We would like to have a weekly joint lesson, preferably in the evening, with plenty of guidance for how we can practice between lessons as well.
We are looking for a teacher who would be able to be responsive to our level of learning primarily and a good knowledge of living in France would be a bonus.
