I spent 14 months in Hellmand Province Afghanistan. 7 months in vacinity of the city of Garmshir and 7 months in Marjah. I got pretty good at speaking the basics and i picked the language (Pashtu) up pretty fast. I think the language, the culture, and the people of Afghanistan are very interesting. I also want to learn the language and maybe get a government job later in the future after i learn a couple more languages. My proficiency level is beginner and everything i know in pashtu is very informal. I need improvement in everything i want to become fluent in the language. I'm willing to dedicate as much time as needed or as much time as the teacher is willing to spare to learn the language. i don't really care about the qualities of the teacher. as long as the teacher is willing to teach. im pretty exited

I am trying to learn Russian not only because it is one of the languages that fascinates me, but also because of my career. Currently my proficiency level is of a beginner which means I basically don't know even half of what would be considered the basics. Honestly, I would like to dedicate as much time as possible to learn the language given that I'm so anxious to know it. I am looking for a teacher that knows for real what she or he is teaching and most important that knows how to teach it. I want to learn everything there is to know about Russian language, starting from grammar all the way to conversationa l skills. I am not the kind of person that if I like what I'm studying I leave the subject in the classroom after the lesson is over. On the contrary, I love to do research and acquire a variety of things that have to do with that subject of interest and learn it.
