Dear Japanese-Teac her,
I would like to study Japanese. I would consider myself a beginner, even though I have studied Japanese for 3 years I have not had the opportunity to speak, write and read for about 10 years. I think I have forgotten most of it, but think I can get back into it. I would like to be able to communicate again, even better this time and learn again about the tradition and manners such as greetings etc.
I would like to study 2 hours 2x weekly.
Plea se let me know if you have time starting in January 2008.

I have finished a level one Bahasa Indonesia class in Bali but I am back in the USA and would like to continue learning.
I am learning because I have an Indonesian girlfriend and will someday live in Bali.
I have a good vocabulary but have trouble speaking and understanding .
I am willing to spend at least 10 hours per week on language lessons.
I would like to do more verbal. I would like a teacher who is patient and is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and can also speak English.

I am a beginner who spent 1 month in China last year and plan on returning again this year in August. I had studied some Mandarin Chinese through language Cd's before I left last year but felt they did not help much when I was trying to communicate in China. I am also an acupuncturist and a lifelong martial artist so I feel learning the Chinese language would be useful to me in those endeavors as well.
