Archana is an exceptional Hindi teacher Archana is an excellent Hindi teacher. With Archana as my teacher I discovered that Hindi is much easier--and more fun--to learn than I had ever imagined. She is extremely patient and quickly recognizes my strengths and weaknesses. Her teaching style is very flexible, as she customizes our classes to fit my needs. She begins and ends each class with handouts that are clear and easy to understand so that I am able to review and study what I have learned in class. Assignments are very comprehensive. We spend a great deal of time in each class having conversations in Hindi. Since she is a native speaker she can help me with my pronunciation--which I need a lot because I have a very Southern accent! I am now able to join in conversations with Hindi-speaking people. When I return to India this year I am confident that I will be able to enjoy and understand the culture of India much more this trip, thanks to Archana. I highly recommend Archana to anyone who wants to learn Hindi. She is a gifted teacher and a warm and personable person who cares very much about her students. Thanks so much, Archana.
