Q:What is your teaching schedule?
A:The next class will be held between 9am to 10pm(GMT)from Monday to Saturday. ( The time will be decided after checking your preferred time)
Q:Wh at is the cancellation policy?
A
＊Please notify us at least 2 hours before the lesson start time if you need to be absent a lesson.
＊Please note that fees for paid lessons are non-refundabl e. If cancellation is unavoidable, the lesson can be rescheduled for another day.
＊Please note that you will be able to reschedule as many times as you need when it's an emergency. (Don't worry!!)
＊In case of missing one lesson, you will attend an alternate group lesson within the same week.
