طلبہ کو اس قابل بنانا کہ وہ اردو زبان میں ایسی مہارت حاصل کریں جس سے وہ روزمرہ کی زندگی گفتگو کر سکیں اور اس کے سماجی ومعاشی معاملہ میں میں بھی حصہ لے سکیں وہ اس قابل ہوں کہ وہ اس میں ادب بھی تخلیق کر سکیں ۔
