Teaching Approach

I mainly use the communicative approach where the student learns to communicate in real life contexts by making requests ,accepting offers and explaining things while learning the language. This method achieves fluency fast. I also use the Total Physical Response method in which my students react to my gestures, miming and acting out the language .It helps the students remain focused when learning for a long time and also engages them physically .It also helps them relate the language to the activity being done hence making it easy to understand and remember.

Program Description

I am an ardent tutor who has helped many students become better communicators and pass examinations. I offer tailor made programs for students depending on their proficiency in the language and the goal for which they are learning the language . I take time to make sure the subject matter is grasped and well understood. My lessons are interactive and fun while remaining focused on the goal which is to make sure the student attains their highest potential.

Teaching Experience

I have over ten years of experience in teaching Swahili and English. I have a track record of success in tutoring and have students all over the world who have excelled in their exams or basic communication skills after going through my teaching programs .

Teacher Training

I have a bachelors degree in Arts having majored in English. I have undergone various trainings as a teacher and belong to the teacher service commission in my country .
