Teaching Approach

Russian is considered one of the hardest languages to learn but with my proven method of contextual learning, I will help you get over the hurdles and challenges of Russian. My teaching philosophy is to put the student first so your success is my success.

Program Description

I am a native Russian speaker who is fluent in English. It is my goal to help you take your Russian communicative competency to the next level. Whether you are a beginner who is just getting your feet wet or you are an advanced learner who is fully immersed in the language, I can help you excel and succeed.

I graduated with a diploma in technology. I specialized in the oil and gas industry and have worked in telecommunica tions. These experiences have given me the skills and the knowledge to help businesspeopl e succeed in the Russian-speak ing business world.

Frequently Asked Questions

My teaching schedule is negotiable. My payment policy is that students pay before the beginning of class. Students can wire the tuition fee to my Korean bank account. If a student misses a class, the tuition fee is forfeited. If a student needs to change the time or day of the class, this must be communicated 1 day before class.
My experience as a language learner myself (I have mastered English and Korean) has given me insight into how students learn best. I have also learned what NOT to do as a tutor (for example, drills and memorization do not work as language learning techniques). I live in a multi-languag e home as well. We speak Russian, English, and Korean at home. I think these experiences make me unique as a language instructor.
