Teaching Approach

I understand that learning a new language can be very challenging, especially for adults, but I ensure that all of them feel comfortable that making an error is normal. I offer plenty of positive feedback and assure the learners that they are heading in the right direction by not just giving up. I love using teamwork and group projects to encourage peer learning. It also gives the learners the understanding of steps made by each of them in the learning process. I further keep an open communication framework to ensure that learners access information at any time.

Program Description

My lessons not just cultivate general problem-solvi ng skills but also impart well-organize d knowledge concepts that are purposed to thrive in the current interconnecte d world. Different topics are structured to provoke critical thinking and self-awarenes s within the language field and creative mentality. There are discussions among a cross-section of learners through my facilitation to encourage peer learning, especially in the socially connected world.
