I usually invest a lot of time in teaching pronunciation at the beginning, as many foreigners struggle with it and are disappointed when Germans don't understand them later on. After this, I teach easy grammar to construct first sentences. Weekly short stories that have to be written and read are part of this learning process. In combination with speaking exercises, role plays and fun conversations , you will improve your skills within weeks!

With my background of studying Psychology, I can also give you some tips on how to study effectively and work together on studying schedules.

Program Description

Have you alway wanted to learn German, but were scared of the complicated looking words and Grammar? Don't be! German is a language full of structure and rules, which once learned, can also be applied to many other languages.
I offer double hour lessons, meaning 45minx2 (1,5h), because I think students benefit from it more than from a single lesson. Before we start the process, we will define your goals, make lists and studying plans and discuss the studying material which can be provided by your or/and me.
It's very important for me that you can relax and enjoy the lesson, therefore it is important that you ask as many questions as you want, always interrupt me and make suggestions!

Teaching Experience

I taught young children (2-8 years) at an International Kindergarten in Vietnam, and older children (8-13years) at an English institute in Vietnam as well. I had numerous students that I tutored at home in subjects like German, English and Latin.
I'm currently also preparing for a TOEFL test.

Teacher Training

I studies psychology, which is not directly linked to teaching experience, however a major part of it is the study of how people learn and what methods work, which material should be used when etc.
I have access to studies and books that talk about teaching methods and how to maintain concentration or attention span and how to improve them. This could be especially helpful for students who are preparing for an exam.

A: For the first lesson there is a 50% discount.
Q: What is the payment policy?
A: You can directly pay by cash after each lesson or transfer it to my bank account
Q: Are there any other discounts?
A: Yes, there is a free 2 hour lesson + coffee + meal if you have friends who are also interested in studying with me.
Q: What is your teaching schedule?
A: I'm quite flexible, weekends are often preferred, but weekdays work as well.

NT$600: preparation for student/job life in Germany, learning important sentences, basic knowledge about what's life like in germany and how to master the first steps (can also help with easy applications)
NT$650: already studied a little bit of German and wants to prepare for a specific test or just improve conversationa l skills
NT$700: absolute beginner, phonetics and basic sentence structure have to be taught
NT$750: preparing for job interview in Germany and generally adults
